- One build, one retainer
You pay a one-time build fee plus a monthly retainer.
- Our cloud or yours
Your system runs in our cloud account, with infrastructure included in the retainer. Or it runs in your own cloud account, which we run for you. Your cloud provider then bills you for that infrastructure.
- Optimization period
For the first three months, we tune the system against real usage.
- Scope in writing
Scope names each system and its boundary, with out-of-scope items and assumptions stated. Changes go through a change request.
- Senior-only delivery
No juniors learning on your project.
- Support in business hours
Support runs in business hours, Monday to Friday, Western Indonesia Time. We reply within one business day, and the same business day if your system is down. You work directly with the people who built your system.

Aviel Naftali
Aviel Naftali spent nearly three years as an AWS Solutions Architect at Central Data Technology, an AWS Premier Partner in Indonesia. He designed cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
He holds five AWS and two Google Cloud certifications. He co-founded the edtech platform Akademis.id in 2019.
He works in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
